Here are the results of my cut and color. The longest layer was only trimmed – just enough to keep it healthy for Locks of Love. The top layer was cut fashionably and colored. Do you love it? I do!

So it’s not like I don’t have enough on my plate, but I’ve decided to start a neighborhood block watch. As many of you know, my car was rummaged through last week – possibly twice, and I just heard that two cars one street over were broken into last night. I won’t stand for it. The last thing I’ll stand for is to be taken advantage of at home where it’s supposed to be ‘safe,’ so I have done my research this morning, made up a flyer, and I’ll pass them out this afternoon to the twenty or so houses on my block. It’s a small start, but manageable, I think.

Oh my… all of my lights have been off for hours in the apartment to keep it cool. I’ve been on the phone for well over two hours talking to a friend and drinking beers. Now I have to pack. AH! All I want to do is sleep, but I have to be ready for Atlanta tomorrow. It’s unfortunate, really… home rocks.
